This role is essential in providing high\-quality psychiatric care to adults and adolescents in our residential treatment program. The Nurse Practitioner will assess, diagnose, and treat clients in collaboration with psychiatrists, therapists, and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric care, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep commitment to patient\-centered treatment. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments * Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer and clinical leadership to deliver effective treatment * Develop and manage individualized psychiatric treatment plans * Prescribe and monitor medication
