Our goal is to relieve mission\-driven companies of administrative burden by overseeing financial and operational systems that allow leadership teams to focus on quality care and innovation. **EMPLOYMENT STRUCTURE** This W\-2 hourly position will be employed under Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC (EMS) and assigned to support the operations of Next Churchill Business Inc. dba My Cash Finders as a Recovery Services Sales Specialist. Compensation will be provided based on actual hours worked, together with any commissions or performance incentives authorized under the Company's written compensation plan and applicable policies. This position may be offered as either full\-time or part\-time based on business needs. EMS will be responsible for all onboarding, human resources administration, payroll processing, benefits administration (if applicable), and employment compliance in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
