Requirements (What We’re Looking For):Workday HCM, FIN, Integrations, Payroll or PM Certification (Required)Fluent in English (Required)1+ years' SaaS project management and/or software implementation consulting experience (Required)Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Business discipline; or equivalent experience (Required) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs (Required)B1/B2 travel visa (Required)Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive certification/experience (Preferred)Experience using project management tools, Smartsheet (Preferred)Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, business development and communication skillsConsulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferredTravel 25%-45% at client requestResponsibilities (What You’ll Do):Manage all aspects of Phase X, Post Production, and Managed Services projects including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, commercial management and customer satisfaction simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentSchedule and coordinate meetings, workshops and project related activities for customers and project teams related to Workday implementations.
