Responsibilities: **Job Responsibilities*** Serve as the primary contact for client billing inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt, personalized, and solution\-focused support. * Manage the billing inbox and phone line, ensuring all inquiries are addressed within department guidelines and service standards. * Take ownership of each inquiry from start to resolution, collaborating with team members to ensure timely and accurate follow\-up. * Maintain current knowledge of billing processes, policies, and system updates to support accurate and efficient service delivery. * Identify and report recurring issues or trends, recommending process improvements and providing backup support to the Billing Specialist as needed. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: **Job Qualifications*** High school diploma or GED required * At least 1 year of experience as a Billing Specialist * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel * Ability to work overtime and flex schedule as needed **Recommended Skills \& Training*** Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills * Excellent communication skills focused on enhancing the client experience * Ability to remain calm and professional in high\-stress or conflict situations * Effective multitasking and prioritization abilities * Curiosity\-driven mindset with a desire to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and recommend solutions No Sponsor Pay Range: USD $21\.63 \- USD $26\.44 /Hr.
