We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of short-term (2-3 month) software development projects. In this role, you will act as a single point of accountability, working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, high quality, and strong business outcomes. This position requires a product mindset, strong ownership, and the ability to operate without a dedicated Business Analyst.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Own end-to-end delivery of software projects from discovery through launchAct as the single point of accountability for scope, timeline, quality, and client satisfactionLead discovery and requirements gathering independently (stakeholder interviews, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes)Define clear, measurable deliverables and ensure alignment on the definition of doneApply a product mindset: challenge assumptions, prioritize based on business value, and optimize scope for timely deliveryCreate engineering-ready documentation (functional specs, API contracts, data models, edge cases)Utilize AI tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar) to prototype solutions and accelerate deliveryBuild and manage delivery teams, including staffing, onboarding, and adjusting team compositionDrive delivery processes (planning, standups, demos, retrospectives) and maintain a well-structured backlogCommunicate proactively with clients regarding progress, risks, and decisionsCoordinate QA and UAT processes, validate deliverables, and test critical flows before releaseRequirements:5+ years of experience managing software development projectsExperience working in outsourcing or product environmentsStrong understanding of modern web and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS)Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end independentlyExcellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detailNice to Have:Background in Business Analysis or Software DevelopmentExperience with fixed-price project scoping and pre-sales activitiesHands-on experience with AI coding tools to accelerate deliveryWorking knowledge of Figma (including reviewing and making light edits)What we offer:Long team focus: we create an environment of transparent communication, and minimal bureaucracy, which leads to long-term relationships.Development of niche expertise: we are working in several niches, such as FinTech, healthcare, and logistics.
