Supervising Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) – Pediatric Private Practice **Company:** Bruno Pediatric Therapy Services LLC **Location:** Remote/Hybrid (New Jersey Licensed OTR Required) **Position Type:** Independent Contractor (1099\) About Us Bruno Pediatric Therapy Services is a concierge\-style pediatric occupational therapy practice providing in\-home services to children and families throughout New Jersey. We are committed to delivering individualized, family\-centered care that supports participation, independence, and success in daily occupations. We are seeking a New Jersey licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to provide supervision and clinical oversight for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L) in accordance with New Jersey licensure requirements. Responsibilities * Provide occupational therapy supervision in compliance with New Jersey regulations * Review documentation and treatment plans * Conduct periodic supervision meetings and consultations * Provide clinical guidance and mentorship * Collaborate regarding treatment planning and client progress * Be available for clinical questions and support as needed * Participate in occasional virtual or in\-person supervisory meetings Qualifications * Current New Jersey Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in good standing * Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience preferred * Knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy practice and documentation * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Experience supervising COTAs preferred * Professional liability insurance preferred * Required NPI Individual Number or Open to getting one Compensation * Competitive monthly supervision stipend * Flexible schedule * Minimal time commitment * Opportunity to grow with an expanding pediatric practice Schedule * Flexible * Approximately 1\-4 hours per month depending on caseload and supervision requirements Ideal Candidate We are seeking a supportive, collaborative therapist who values family\-centered care and is interested in helping a growing pediatric practice provide high\-quality occupational therapy services throughout New Jersey.
