Appointment Setter (Part\-Time, Remote) \| Flexible Hours, Great for College Students Overview Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for connecting with people? Telos Ventures LLC is seeking an energetic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our team! In this role, you'll be the vital link between local South Jersey business owners and a great advertising opportunity, helping local businesses advertise in a premium, invitation\-only community magazine mailed to affluent South Jersey neighborhoods. Your enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and ability to juggle multiple tasks will help us build relationships and grow our client base. This is a paid, W\-2 part\-time position with a guaranteed minimum\-wage floor plus per\-appointment pay, a fantastic, flexible opportunity to develop real sales and customer service skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities \* Make outbound calls and send messages to prospective clients using a professional, friendly approach \* Clearly articulate the value of advertising in our community magazine and gather relevant information to qualify leads \* Schedule appointments accurately within our system, ensuring all details are correct \* Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow\-up actions using Microsoft Office tools and basic data entry \* Provide a positive experience by answering questions and addressing concerns \* Follow up with prospects to confirm appointments and nurture relationships \* Follow our outreach process and scripts (full paid training provided) What You'll Earn \* $20 for every qualified appointment that shows \* A bonus for each deal that closes \* Guaranteed minimum of $15\.92/hour for every hour worked. If your appointment earnings for a given week come in below minimum wage, we make up the difference, so you're always paid at least minimum wage for your time \* The more you book, the more you earn above the minimum Requirements \* Strong communication skills in English \* Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills \* Reliable, self\-directed, and comfortable with rejection \* Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office for data entry and record keeping \* Ability to run outbound calling with enthusiasm and professionalism \* Available up to 15 hours/week with flexible scheduling around classes \* Experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles is a plus, but not required.
