We’re a movement shaping the future of live entertainment and helping people discover success and confidence on camera. **What You’ll Do** * Onboard new creators and help them understand how to grow and earn diamonds on TikTok LIVE * Track creator progress and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement * Provide friendly and professional support through chat, email, and social platforms * Guide creators on improving their visuals, backgrounds, and engagement techniques * Handle a high volume of inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and positivity * Communicate updates and feedback clearly with both creators and internal teams * Support creators through challenges, offering solutions and encouragement * Report directly to the Head of Operations and maintain regular communication regarding performance, goals, and feedback * Attend one weekly team meeting and be available during core hours between **11 AM and 3 PM Central Time** **Who You Are** * Experienced in customer support, client service, or community engagement (remote experience preferred) * Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail * Comfortable managing multiple chats or tickets at once * Familiar with Discord and able to navigate creator communities professionally * Familiar with TikTok, especially TikTok LIVE, and understand how creators grow on the platform * Able to read and interpret data, identifying trends and explaining what the numbers mean * Naturally creative and observant, with an eye for how creators can improve their visuals and engagement * Self\-motivated, organized, and dependable * Spanish bilingual is a plus to assist with our Spanish\-speaking creators * Located in a Central or Mountain Time Zone region (Utah or similar preferred) for easy team communication and event support **Preferred Qu
