**Operations Manager — Part\-Time, Mostly Remote** Tekkers Training Center · Carmel, IN · $25/hour · \~15–20 hours/week **About Tekkers** Tekkers Training Center is a soccer training facility in Carmel. We coach private and small\-group sessions for players ages 7 and up, from beginners to college athletes, and we run camps and clinics throughout the year. Our coaches belong on the field. We're hiring someone to run the front of the business so they can stay there. **The role** You'll be the first point of contact for our families and the person who keeps day\-to\-day operations running by the book. This is a part\-time role that combines a short daily on\-site window with remote phone and email coverage. * Be on\-site at our Carmel facility for about 2 hours each evening on session days (typically between 4 and 8 PM): greet families, handle check\-ins, keep the front area organized, and support coaches with rosters and schedules. * Cover phone, email, and text from 9 AM to 7 PM on weekdays, remotely. We expect replies within about an hour — not constant screen time. * Answer questions from prospective families and sell memberships and camp registrations over the phone and by email. * Manage scheduling, session credits, make\-ups, and membership changes according to our policies. * Keep records accurate in our scheduling and payment systems. * Handle parent concerns professionally and decisively, escalating to the owners only when it's outside your authority. **Who we're looking for** * A confident, organized adult who is comfortable being the face of a small business and holding the line on policy with courtesy. * Prior experience in a front office, customer\-facing admin, membership sales, or a similar role. Dental/medical office, school office, gym, or club sports backgrounds are a great fit. * Strong phone presence and clear written communication. * Able to learn and follow an established operating system without needing to reinvent it. * Reliable, self\-directed, and comfortable working remotely most of the day. * Spanish is a plus, not required. * Must be able to pass a background check (you'll be working around minors). **Pay and schedule** * $25 per hour for all working time, on\-site and remote.
