This role is central to driving customer acquisition andrevenuegrowth for Bluehost.com, and requires a strategic, data-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. You will own the end-to-end media planning process—from creative strategy and campaign execution to measurement, reporting, and budget planning—while collaborating closely with internal teams, creative partners, and external media agencies.Whatyou’lldo & howyou’llmake your mark.Media Strategy & Buying Lead omni-channel media strategy and buying across paid social, programmatic display, video, CTV, and audio channelsDevelop and manage campaign briefs, media plans, and RFP processes for brand and performance initiativesOversee creative strategy in partnership with internal creative teams and external agencies, ensuring campaigns are refreshed regularly andoptimizedbased on performance learningsTest and scale new creative formats (e.g., LinkedIn CTV, RedditMegathreads, Quora promoted answers, influencer integrations) to support brand awareness and acquisition goalsManage relationships with media partners including programmatic DSPs, social platforms, and agency partnersCampaign Execution & Optimization Manage campaign trafficking, audience targeting, creative rotations, and pacing across display, social, and video channelsAnalyze campaign performance and drive optimizations to improve CAC efficiency, CTR, MRR, and LTV metricsOptimizeaudience strategyacrossprospecting, retargeting, and B2B targeting (LinkedIn, web developer/IT decision-maker audiences)utilizingboth 3rdparty and 1stparty audience insights Oversee creator and influencer video partnerships within paid media to drive engagement and acquisitionMeasurement, Reporting & Budget Planning Own measurement strategy including floodlight/conversion tracking setup, incrementality testing, and brand lift studiesPartner with analytics to evolve andmaintainTableau and Salesforce dashboards to trackrevenue and new customerattribution, lead gen lifecycle, and campaign KPIsCollaborate with BI, analytics, and finance teams to ensure media performance is accurately reflected in financial reportingLead budget planning, forecasting, and financial reconciliation across all paid media channelsPresent performance insights and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersWho you are & whatyou’llneed to succeed.5+ years of experience in paid media, with hands-onexpertisein social (Meta, LinkedIn), programmatic display, and video/CTV buyingProventrack recordof managing large-scale media budgets with a focus on performance and growth marketingExperience with measurement tools and platforms including CM360, Tableau, Salesforce, and DSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk)Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and clear executive narrativesExperience managing influencer/creator partnerships within a paid media contextExcellent project management skills and comfort working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environmentExperience in B2B and/oreCommercemarketing; web hosting, SaaS, or tech industry experience is a plusPreferred Skills:Experience withwebhostingor web developmentmarketingFamiliarity with MRR/LTV-based KPI frameworks and subscription business modelsExperience running LinkedIn lead gen campaigns and integrating withsalespipelinesBackground in integrated video strategy spanning organic social, YouTube, and paid channelsWhyyou’llloveus. Work-life balance.Our work is thrilling and meaningful, but we know balance is key to living well.We celebrate one another’s differences. We’reproud of our culture of diversity and inclusion.
