This position coaches our customers through the initial introduction to services. The School Services Program Specialist anticipates, understands, and quickly responds to customer needs. Working with the Regional Service Administrators, the specialist works to expand client outreach and transition accounts via servicing upgrades through essential tiers. Eligible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance.
