**Responsibilities**
* Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat in both English and another language to provide comprehensive support and assistance
* Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Assist clients with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and account management through clear and empathetic communication
* Conduct data entry accurately into customer management systems, maintaining detailed records of interactions and transactions
* Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs, promoting relevant products or services, and guiding clients through purchasing processes
* Manage cash handling procedures when necessary, ensuring accuracy during transactions
* Perform analysis of customer feedback and issues to identify trends and suggest improvements for service delivery
**Qualifications**
* Fluency in English plus at least one additional language; strong bilingual communication skills are essential
* Proven experience in customer support or call center environments; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle challenging situations gracefully
* Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
* Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
* Knowledge of sales techniques and client services strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Experience with cash handling, typing accuracy, and analysis skills to interpret customer data effectively
