**Remote Call Center Agent (1099 Contract \| Part\-Time / Full\-Time)**

Blume Contact Solutions is hiring Remote Call Center Agents to support customers for nationally recognized brands across roadside assistance, healthcare transportation, financial services, retail, and more. This is a fully remote, work\-from\-home opportunity with flexible scheduling and multiple contract options.
**Responsibilities**
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
* Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to enhance their experience.
* Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer requests, gather feedback, or promote new offerings.
* Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using data entry tools and CRM systems.
* Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
* Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication at all times.
* Support client services by providing detailed analysis of customer needs and preferences to improve service delivery.
**Skills**
* Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively.
* Strong sales skills to identify opportunities for upselling or cross\-selling products/services.
* Bilingual proficiency in English plus additional languages enhances communication with global clients.
* Excellent customer support skills combined with outstanding communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for efficient data entry and documentation.
* Experience in call center environments or outbound calling campaigns is preferred.
* Demonstrated analysis skills for understanding customer feedback and improving service processes.
* Knowledge of cash handling procedures is a plus for certain client interactions.
* Ability to type quickly with high accuracy to manage multiple conversations simultaneously. **Schedule \& Training**
* Minimum 25 hours per week
* Choose your own schedule after training (first come, first served)
* Paid training (Monday–Friday)
* Training sessions available:
* 8:00 AM–12:00 PM CST
* 1:00 PM–5:00 PM CST
* 5:00 PM–9:00 PM CST
