Being a people-first organization, PradeepIT constantly strives for individuals who won't just keep up, but break new ground, work with cutting edge technology and ramp-up their skills with course created by our Vertical Heads, Senior Architect for freely with help of PradeepIT Academy.Job DescriptionResponsible for end-to-end project management for the assigned SAP IT projects - includes project planning delivery internal customer interaction, trouble shooting, managing project and people management.Provide leadership to ensure that integrated solutions will be coordinated and standardized across organization-wide.Worked on 2-3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects as Project lead/manager.Worked as lead consultant in any of the SAP Modules FICO / MM / SD / PS Modules.Experience in leading and deploying IT Projects.Preferably a Member of Project Management Institute (PMI) with CMM or PMP certificationBuilds customer relationships with the clear expectation to deliver follow-on business or identify opportunities within an account. Deals with difficult issues at the customer and finds win-win solutions for both Customer and SAP.Proactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to reassess and amend the scope of work requirements, budget and timeline.Manage the financial aspects of the project: budgeting and estimate to actual variance.Communicate and/or escalate project issues early to account management and delivery management.Drive standards, Define and implement/improve data governance strategies and enforce best practices to scale data pipelines across platform.Oversees all SAP project related activities and is accountable for the success, execution and final delivery of the program and work products.Delivering the projects primary result on schedule and within budget.Interfacing with internal customers, stakeholders, and development/test/maintain.Continually reporting on project progress and potential risks to stakeholder.Develop and maintain project management documents.Excellent analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills and can communicate clearly and conciselyStrong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top ManagementProven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancementsNeed to be a team playerYou understand that an employer brand is more than a logo, and know how to communicate the value prop of working at our company both authentically and transparentlyBachelor or Master degreeWillingness to travelAble to link the business wish to an IT solutionPassionate about SAP, ready to learn and growBusiness Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory for all the SAP Consultants.Originally posted on Himalayas
