We are seeking an elite **Lead 3D Software Engineer** to architect and scale our **3D interactive sports stadium product vertical** using Unreal Engine from the ground up. This is not a corporate cog\-in\-the\-wheel role. You will act as a player\-coach, building a team of 3D developers, establishing the technical blueprint, and directly shaping the future of sports sponsorship technology.
