The Product Manager-Medicaid & Duals manages insurance product offerings for each market and customer need. Reporting to the AD Product Manager, you will work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.As a Product Manager-Medicaid & Duals, you will:oServe as a strategic partner to Medicaid Market teams, supporting growth through tailored benefit insights and services.oEnhance member and market experiences by delivering impactful, consumer-centric products.oLead the product lifecycle for assigned markets—from strategic planning through go-to-market executionoDeliver ongoing client support by designing and implementing scalable, operationally sound solutions.oEducate and empower associates to ensure effective benefit delivery.oTranslate contracts and regulation requirements into actionable product and operational strategiesoOrganizing market research including analyzing industry trends and assessing strengths and weaknesses of competitors.oEnsure effective and compliant implementation of benefits across internal and external stakeholdersoAnalyze benefit performance and generate data-driven insights to inform product strategy.oCollaborate cross-functionally with clinical, financial, actuarial, and operational teams to design, administer and deliver benefits and services. oLead benefit filing processes with regulatory agencies, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.oProvide subject matter expertise to resolve complex benefit-related issues and inquiries.oSupport the creation of accurate internal and external communications related to benefits.oMentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree 3+ years of experience in Medicaid and Dual Eligible product management.Experience interpreting regulatory and contractual guidance.Experience in ensuring regulatory and operational compliance in cross functional environments.Experience understanding health plan coverage and benefit design.Experience conducting competitive analysis and synthesizing market insights.Experience with agile delivery and project management.Ability to drive process optimization, improve efficiency and deliver measurable outcomesMust have the ability to accommodate EST/CST working hoursPreferred QualificationsStrong financial acumenAdvanced degree (MPH, MBA, or similar).Experience in clinical operations or medical coding.Experience designing benefits for successful RFP responses.Additional Information:Location: Remote NationwideInterview Format:As part of our hiring process for this opportunity, we will use an interviewing technology called HireVue to enhance our hiring. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$86,300 - $118,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
