Mistplay is the category creator and leader in the 'play-and-earn' mobile loyalty space, built to reward gamers for playing.LoyaltyPlay is our B2B monetization platform, a powerful Gaming Reward Hub designed for mobile app Publishers. We partner with app owners (e.g., utility, commerce, or entertainment apps) to help them unlock a new, consistent revenue stream and boost user engagement. By integrating LoyaltyPlay, publishers can offer their users rewards (in-app currency) for installing and playing mobile games from our vast advertiser network. This creates a deep engagement loop and a powerful monetization channel for the publisher.Why offerwall / rewardedApp publishers are always looking for revenue that doesn't come at the cost of their user experience. An offerwall does exactly that — it turns engaged users into an incremental revenue line through rewarded actions, without changing the core product.About the roleThis is a closing role. You'll bring publishers onto our offerwall and run your own pipeline end to end — find them, get in front of the right person, sign them.What you'll doBuild and own a pipeline of app publishers across categories (rewarded apps, loyalty programs, utility, lifestyle, fintech, and beyond)Get in front of their monetization, growth, or partnerships teams and show them the revenue an offerwall adds without disrupting their appBuild the business case yourself and prepare revenue projectionsClose against a quarterly numberWork with Product and Ops to get partners live and performingWhat you needAt least 2 years closing monetization or partnership deals with app publishersA real grasp of monetization mechanics — revenue share, eCPM, fill, ARPUA track record of closing deals yourself, not just sourcing themComfort talking to publisher product and monetization stakeholdersAbility to back a pitch with data and work cross-functionally with Product and OpsStrong written and spoken EnglishWhy Mistplay?We strive to make our work environment as inviting and fun as possible!
