This role is suited for a seasoned SDR who can independently manage prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting while serving as a mentor to junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreachManage inbound leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunitiesPerform in-depth prospect research and account qualificationSet and manage sales appointments and product demosConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline targetsMaintain clean and accurate CRM dataProvide feedback on messaging, scripts, and prospecting strategiesSupport onboarding and coaching of junior SDRs as neededRequired QualificationsExperience in sales development, lead generation, or inside salesPrior experience working remotely, with fluency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be consideredExperience working with US or UK-based companiesDemonstrated success in both outbound and inbound sales motionsStrong objection-handling and consultative selling skillsHigh level of self-motivation and time managementPreferred QualificationsExperience across multiple industries or sales environmentsExposure to CRM reporting and pipeline forecastingExperience mentoring or leading SDR teamsTools & TechnologyCRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Dialers and sales engagement toolsLinkedIn Sales NavigatorSlack, Zoom, Google Workspace, task management toolsWe connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.Originally posted on Himalayas
