We meet in person occasionally, not constantly. When we do, we expect you there. Salary - competitive, based on your experience. What You'll Be Working OnDepending on your background and strengths, you'll take ownership across one or more of these areas: Designing and building Rust-based backend services powering our AI security gateway - high-throughput, low-latency, production-grade Architecting and maintaining networking and gateway infrastructure - Layer 7 routing, traffic management, rate limiting, multi-provider AI routing Owning security engineering - prompt injection detection, ML-based threat models, content filtering, PII detection, data exfiltration prevention Building and improving Kubernetes-based infrastructure - deployment pipelines, container orchestration, observability, resilience Participating in technical decision-making from day one - architecture, tooling, development practices. We're looking for a specific type of person.
