We're expanding and looking for a Sales \& Marketing Manager who blends creative storytelling with operational execution. Your Core Responsibilities Marketing \& Content * Create, organize, and post content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook * Write and schedule posts that sound like Tamar's authentic voice — smart, real, and results\-driven * Design basic Canva visuals and Kajabi pages as needed * Manage and promote podcast episodes, dinners, events, and virtual sessions * Create and edit short\-form video clips and reels for social and YouTube * Use AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to draft content, repurpose material, and move fast Sales \& Lead Management * Run LinkedIn outreach — building prospect lists, sending connection requests, writing and managing DM sequences, following up, and reporting results * Track and tag all leads from events and social media * Manage CRM — follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and coordinate outreach * Convert warm leads into booked calls and paying clients using follow\-up templates and DM strategies * Assist with onboarding new clients — from SOPs to Kajabi access * Upload and manage email lists, newsletters, and client data in Kajabi Systems \& Operations * Keep Kajabi modules, automations, and client resources up to date * Build and refine SOPs for repeatable tasks * Support integration with AI tools and automations * Maintain clean organization across all brand links, folders, and campaigns You're Perfect for This Role If You Have... * Proven experience in marketing, client communication, or sales support inside a personal brand business — a coach, consultant, author, or thought leader * Strong social media knowledge across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube * Real Kajabi experience — not just "familiar with" — you've actually built or managed inside it * Hands\-on LinkedIn outreach experience.
