If you’re ready to take ownership and shape meaningful products, we’d love to hear from you.About the RoleAs part of the development team, the Front End Developer shall focus on developing user interface components for our web application and ensuring that these components are robust and easy to maintain. The current tech stack for this position requires proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and React, with the potential to expand as new technologies become available to the industry. The responsibilities of this position shall require close collaboration with the Design team and the other members of the Product team. In addition to core frontend skills, expertise in Cypress, Playwright, Storybook, Chromatic, or similar visual regression tools is essential, with a strong focus on testing and quality assurance. This position is designed for someone with substantial experience in both frontend development and testing.What You’ll Be DoingUI/UX Development: Develop new user-facing features, build reusable components and libraries for future use.Code Quality: Will ensure UI/UX designs' technical feasibility, optimize applications for speed and scalability, and maintain coding standards.Collaboration: Will collaborate closely with design and backend teams for web application enhancement, participating in code reviews to uphold code quality.Tech Stack: Will address performance and scalability issues and convert complex Figma designs into CSS/JS code, primarily using JavaScript libraries like React, ensuring seamless backend integration.Maintenance & Optimization: Will maintain and improve existing codebases, ensuring standard adherence through peer code reviews.Automated Testing: Take charge of automated testing processes, including writing and maintaining test scripts using tools like Cypress, Playwright, and Storybook, ensuring consistent quality and reliability.Why Codekeeper?Codekeeper was founded by tech industry professionals to revolutionize software escrow for the cloud era.
