Job Description

**Write the Words That Change Lives** ***In this role, the words you write do more than change lives. They help create them.*** You believe true professionals lead themselves first and set the example. You don't need micromanaging. You don't need babysitting. You need a platform to do your best work, alongside great people who expect the same of themselves. You hold yourself to world\-class standards and best practices. You deliver outstanding results. And you want your work to serve a mission that changes lives. *If any of this is out of alignment with you, this is not your role.* If you just said yes to all of the above, keep reading. **About Us** The Rosa Institute is a leading, evidence\-based fertility practice, headquartered in Sydney, Australia, and serving patients worldwide by telehealth. Our signature program, The Fertility Breakthrough Program™, has a documented 78\.8% live birth rate.¹ Our founder, Dr. Gabriela Rosa, is a clinician\-scientist in practice since 2001, trained at the University of Sydney and the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. **Our mission:** Help couples overcome difficulty conceiving and recurrent miscarriage, even when other treatments have failed. **Our values:** Excellence keeps score. Integrity does what it says. Resourcefulness loves constraints. **About the Role** You are our all\-rounder. You will write across every digital asset we publish and support content creation for Instagram, our email newsletters, website assets, and Facebook ads. You will work within an established team of 15\+ people, writing in our founder's clinical voice, not your own. If writing as someone else threatens your ego, stop reading here. **The Couple You Will Write For** You write in our founder's voice. You write for our patients: a couple more than two years into trying to conceive, usually closer to four, and theirs is a complex case. They reach us from the United States, Australia, or Europe, often also failed treatment, miscarriage, or both, and they have often been told, "everything looks normal." She is 39, and she leads this: she has done the research, she can usually name her own test results, she found us, and she brought him. He is in it just as deeply, but it shows differently. He will usually leave the treatment decisions to her because he has seen what each negative pregnancy test or loss has taken from her, and he is deathly afraid, even when he won't say it, of what more of it will do to her. And to them. Yet, like her, they know no one has assembled the full picture to identify the obstacles preventing them from holding their baby. They do not need convincing that something is wrong. They want someone competent enough to find it and help them change it, and they are on the same page, ready to do what it takes. They are exhausted and have been sold hope and false solutions by others, so your job is not to persuade. It is to bring compelling clarity into what is already a noisy conversation full
