In the US, we partner with 7 out of the top 10 mortgage servicers, operate one of the top three real estate auction websites, and manage a cooperative which represents 15%+ market share of the $1.8tn US Originations market.Job Description:Provide Back-Office support for Title Company and provide Title Search and Commitment report to the clientAbility to perform Title Search on Title plants such as Data Trace, Redvision, Tapestry and NetronlineAbility to read search documents and paraphrase/align title and other title commitment related mattersWork with closing coordinators to revise Title Commitments as neededReview residential / commercial title search materials and create title reports and commitments based on Title Search informationManage and maintain assigned title files in compliance with process guidelinesMaintain strong team alliance / ability to work with co-workers to meet and achieve team and department goalsShould be capable of producing error free work consistentlyAbility to discern matters that require escalation to a supervisorTimely completion of all work assignments and projectsQualifications:The ideal candidature will need to have minimum 3+years of US Residential / Commercial Title Search and Examination experience in a multi-state fast paced high volume work environmentThe candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous work prioritiesFamiliarity with title production applications such as Resware and Title Plants as DataTrace, Redvision, Tapestry and NetronlineMandatory minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 100% accuracyFlexible to work in any shift.
