They connect independent clothing brands with over 500,000 active buyers and handle thousands of orders every day — great support is what keeps buyers coming back and sellers trusting the platform.The roleYou'll be on the front line of the customer experience — handling live chat and email queries from buyers about orders, returns, and deliveries. You'll resolve issues quickly, escalate anything complex, and leave every customer feeling heard.What you'll doHandle inbound live chat and email queries from buyers and sellersResolve order issues including delays, missing items, and returnsProcess refund and exchange requests following platform policyEscalate disputes and complex cases to the specialist team with full contextFlag recurring issues to help improve platform policies and FAQsWhat you'll needClear, friendly written English — you communicate with warmth and confidenceFast typist — comfortable managing several chat conversations at onceCalm under pressure when queues are busy and customers are frustratedReliable and punctual for your shiftNice to havePrevious live chat or e-commerce support experienceFamiliarity with Gorgias, Freshdesk, or ZendeskUnderstanding of basic e-commerce order and returns workflowsWhat you'll get$400–$600 USD/month based on experienceFully remoteStructured shifts — you know exactly when you're workingPaid leavePath to Team Lead or Quality Analyst rolesApply with your CV.
