This role is ideal for marketers who thrive at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales—bringing clarity to positioning, driving go-to-market strategy, and enabling teams to successfully launch and scale products.Projects vary widely depending on client needs and may include early-stage product launches, refining messaging for mature offerings, or building scalable systems for ongoing growth. Contract engagements typically range from 10–40 hours per week.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositionsLead or support go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution for new product and feature launchesPartner with product, growth, and sales teams to align on strategy and prioritiesCreate compelling marketing assets such as landing pages, sales decks, one-pagers, and case studiesBuild and execute sales enablement materials to support revenue teamsPlan and support webinars, product launches, and other demand generation initiativesConduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategyIdentify opportunities to improve conversion, adoption, and overall product-market fitRequirementsStrong foundation in product marketing across B2B, B2C, or bothExperience owning or contributing to GTM strategy and executionAbility to translate complex product concepts into clear, compelling messagingComfort working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing stakeholdersExperience with one or more areas such as sales enablement, lifecycle marketing, webinars/events, or content strategyAnalytical mindset with the ability to use insights to inform decisionsAdaptability and comfort working across different industries, products, and team structuresStrong communication and storytelling skillsNice to HaveExperience working with early-stage startups or high-growth tech companiesFamiliarity with PLG (product-led growth) or sales-led motionsExperience supporting both strategic planning and hands-on executionOriginally posted on Himalayas
