HCEsquared® does not sponsor or assume sponsorship of employment visas.ROLE SUMMARY & ACCOUNTABILITYThe Director of FP&A serves as a strategic and operational finance leader responsible for driving financial planning, analysis, and business insight across HCEsquared®. This role partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business performance into actionable financial strategies.The Director of FP&A is accountable for the accuracy, clarity, and strategic impact of financial planning and reporting across the organization, including:Accountable for the timely and accurate delivery of MBR (Monthly Business Review) and MOR (Monthly Operating Review) reportingEnsure integrity and completeness of financial close processes (monthly, quarterly, annual), including accurate accruals for events and product-related activitiesOwn the annual budgeting process timeline, driving cross-functional alignment from initial planning through final approvalDeliver Board of Directors materials on schedule, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and relevance of financial and business insightsEnsure financial reporting outputs are aligned to business needs and delivered within defined timelines following monthly and quarterly closeProvide ongoing financial insight and feedback to business leaders, identifying opportunities to improve execution and drive performance against planRESPONSIBILITIESLead monthly financial reporting and analysis, including MBR (Monthly Business Review) and MOR (Monthly Operating Review), with a focus on actuals, forecasts, and pipeline performanceOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including accruals related to events and product offeringsOwn the annual budgeting process, partnering with business leaders to align revenue and cost plans, including price/volume analysis and bottoms-up forecasting across products and segmentsDevelop and deliver Board of Directors materia
