This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data, supporting seamless communication and operational efficiency across the company. Responsibilities * Collect, verify, and update client information in company databases and CRM systems. * Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy. * Generate and distribute regular reports related to client data metrics and trends. * Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures. * Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive client information. * Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and operational workflows. * Support ad hoc data requests and special projects as needed. Requirements * Proven experience in data coordination, data entry, or a related administrative role. * Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and data management tools. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. * Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus.
