Job OverviewWe are looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the recruitment of technical and corporate roles in AI and Data Centers business. The role involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Job DetailsWork setup: Work from Home Schedule: Monday to Friday | 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (Manila time)Holiday: Will follow US holidays ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate positions related to AI infrastructure and data center operationsSource candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channelsScreen applicants and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and overall fitBuild and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needsCoordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment processMaintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-upsAssist with recruitment reporting and other talent acquisition administrative tasks Stay informed on recruitment best practices and market trends for technical hiringQualificationsFresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
