SAP S/4HANA Cloud Controlling Consultant (CO)

This is a remote position.KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a highly skilledSAP S/4HANA Cloud Controlling (CO) Consultantto support finance transformation and ERP implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in management accounting, cost controlling, profitability analysis, planning, and integration with SAP Finance and Logistics modules.The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP S/4HANA Cloud Controlling solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.Key Responsibilities Solution Design & ConfigurationLead Fit-to-Standard and business process workshops with Finance and Controlling teams.Analyze business requirements and recommend SAP S/4HANA Cloud best-practice solutions.Configure and support:Cost Center Accounting (CCA)Internal OrdersProfit Center Accounting (PCA)Product CostingCost Object ControllingMargin Analysis (CO-PA)Profitability ReportingCost Allocations and AssessmentsDesign management reporting and controlling structures.Implementation & DeliveryParticipate in SAP Activate project phases.Prepare functional specifications and configuration documentation.Support master data design and migration activities.Execute unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Assist with cutover and go-live activities.Integration & CollaborationCollaborate closely with:Finance (FI)Procurement (MM)Sales & Distribution (SD)Manufacturing (PP)Project Systems (PS)Group ReportingEnsure seamless integration between operational and financial processes.Support & OptimizationProvide post-go-live support and hypercare.Troubleshoot functional issues and process gaps.Recommend process improvements and optimization opportunities.Support SAP quarterly cloud releases and regression testing.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or related field.10+ years of SAP CO consulting experience.Minimum 2 SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation projects.Strong expertise in:Cost Center AccountingInternal OrdersProduct CostingProfit Center AccountingMargin Analysis (CO-PA)Allocations and SettlementsExperience with SAP Activate methodology.Experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.Strong understanding of management accounting and controlling processes.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment.Preferred QualificationsSAP S/4HANA Cloud Certification in Management Accounting or Finance.Experience with:Universal JournalGroup ReportingSAP Analytics CloudEmbedded AnalyticsFinancial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Experience supporting global or multi-country implementations.Knowledge of manufacturing and product costing processes.Key SkillsSAP S/4HANA Cloud Controlling (CO)Cost Center AccountingProduct CostingMargin Analysis (CO-PA)Profit Center AccountingSAP ActivateBusiness Process DesignData MigrationUAT & HypercareSAP FioriCross-Functional IntegrationBenefits​Competitive compensation packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.Flexible working conditions, with remote options available.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Equal Employment Opportunity​KATBOTZ LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
