Job Description
**Position Summary**
Bodega Club is seeking a friendly and organized Member Experience Coordinator to provide exceptional support to members and customers while helping create an outstanding overall experience. This fully remote role is responsible for managing member communications, coordinating inquiries, assisting with orders and membership services, and supporting administrative operations that contribute to long\-term member satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is customer\-focused, proactive, and passionate about building positive relationships.
**Responsibilities**
**Member Support**
* Serve as the primary point of contact for members via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
* Respond to inquiries regarding memberships, products, services, events, and general account questions.
* Provide prompt, professional, and personalized customer support.
* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
**Membership Coordination**
* Assist with new member onboarding and account setup.
* Maintain accurate membership records and update account information.
* Process membership changes, renewals, and general account requests.
* Support member retention initiatives through timely follow\-up and communication.
**Customer Experience**
* Coordinate customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve member satisfaction.
* Assist with order inquiries, service updates, and event\-related communications.
* Support promotional campaigns, newsletters, and member engagement activities.
* Build positive relationships that encourage long\-term member loyalty.
**Administrative Support**
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized electronic records.
* Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
* Track member requests to ensure timely resolution.
* Assist with additional operational and administrative projects as assigned.
**Qualifications**
**Required**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, membership services, call center operations, administrative support, or office coordination.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work independently in a fully remote work environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web\-based software applications.
**Preferred**
* Experience supporting membership programs, hospitality, food and beverage businesses, retail operations, or customer success teams.
* Familiarity with CRM, customer service, e\-commerce, or membership management platforms.
* Experience coordinating customer communications and account support.
* Previous remote work experience.
Pay: $24\.50 \- $29\.51 per hour
