Managing billions in media, our dynamic team––of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts and technologists––challenge traditional ways of planning and measurement through meticulous testing and data science across each milestone of the customer journey.***Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.A day in the life:SEO Manager will be responsible for day-to-day support & management of client strategies who run SEO efforts from auditing & on boarding to monthly content and technical execution.Key Responsibilities:Own the SEO and AIO strategy for a subset of clients in HealthcareLead in creation of strategic client roadmaps that align with SEO best practices and client business goalsAs a key member of an SEO pod – support in managing implementation of SEO optimizations on client WordPress sitesSupport in the development and jointly present monthly performance reports to Account Managers and client points of contactServe as true subject matter experts for clients and Account Managers as it relates to content and technical SEO strategiesLead core management of all things SEO: SEO strategy, UX, onsite content and link buildingConduct ongoing keyword research and mapping to identify target topics and develop relevant content and on-page optimization strategies Experience with on-site technical SEO, local listings & reputation sites, SEO tools, content strategy development, social media strategy, influencer marketing, digital PR, and link building techniques.Role Requirements:2-5 years delivering digital campaigns that deliver actual business resultsA proven track record of SEO wins (e.g., designing, building, and optimizing highly successful campaigns, delivering volume and best-in-class).Strong background in WordPress to make website changes, SEO optimizations, and troubleshooting.Comfortable meeting with clients & presenting a cohesive strategyAbility to build & direct a team of skilled content & SEO partnersStrategy mindedPerformance/results drivenAbility to interpret analytics data and develop campaigns that increase client performanceAbility to get along with a small group of PASSIONATE marketersStrong ability to switch between client projects quicklyUnderstand that clients want things yesterday.
