We're Wise Home Buyers, a fast\-moving real estate acquisitions company operating across Midwest markets. We buy properties, we move fast, and we close deals. We've built a tight, high\-performing operation — and now we need one more weapon in the arsenal.
We're looking for an Acquisitions Manager who lives to be on the phone, thrives on human connection, and gets a genuine rush from building rapport with a stranger in the first 60 seconds of a call.

**What You'll Be Doing**
We've already done the heavy lifting for you. Our marketing machine generates the leads. Our Lead Manager filters and qualifies them. By the time a lead hits your desk, it's warm.
Your job is to *close*.
* Take **3–4 qualified appointments per day** passed to you by our Lead Manager
* Follow up relentlessly on outstanding offers and pipeline
* Work on\-market leads in between — we have an extensive, active buyers list and know exactly what we're looking for
* Hit your KPIs — dials, conversations, contracts. We track everything, and high performers are rewarded for it
You won't be doing admin. You won't be doing data entry. You will be on the phone, building relationships, and making things happen.
**The Compensation**
* **$1,000/month base** — to cover you while you ramp up
* **20% commission on every deal that closes and funds** — uncapped
* We pay 20% because we're confident in our disposition process. We just need the right person at the front end.
The base won't last long before your commissions leave it in the dust. That's the goal.
**The Flexibility**
This is fully remote. Work from anywhere.
We don't care if you're grinding at 8am or closing deals at 9pm. If you want to take a Tuesday afternoon off, great — as long as you're hitting your numbers. We measure output, not hours.
What we *do* care about: that when you're working, you're locked in. Focused. On the phone. Not scrolling, not distracted — *hunting*.
