This role focuses on delivering parent-implemented interventions through telehealth, equipping caregivers with the skills and confidence to support meaningful progress in their child’s natural environment.This BCBA will partner closely with families to model, coach, and reinforce evidence-based strategies in real time. The role may also contribute to innovative service delivery models, including digital tools and asynchronous supports, to enhance caregiver engagement and continuity of care.This position is ideal for a BCBA who values a collaborative, family-centered approach, is skilled in translating clinical concepts into practical strategies, and thrives in a flexible, tech-enabled environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral and functional analytic assessments with a focus on identifying caregiver strengths, needs, and opportunities for intervention within daily routinesDevelop and oversee individualized, caregiver-mediated ABA treatment plans that prioritize functional, meaningful outcomes and natural environment teachingCoach, model, and provide real-time feedback to caregivers to support effective implementation of intervention strategiesCollaborate with families to set meaningful, achievable goals and build caregiver competence and confidence in supporting their child’s developmentMonitor client and caregiver progress, adjust treatment plans, and ensure data-driven decision-making using caregiver-collected and session-based dataTranslate clinical concepts into clear, practical guidance that can be consistently implemented by caregivers in everyday settingsMaintain accurate and timely documentation of services, caregiver progress, and client outcomesPlan for generalization, maintenance, and appropriate discharge by ensuring caregivers can independently implement key strategiesEnsure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies and proceduresGeneral RequirementsStrong knowledge and experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism Spectrum DisorderDemonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision and mentorshipExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a chat-based formatStrong interpersonal, coaching, and relationship-building skillsHigh level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency with technology, including data systems, telehealth platforms, and digital toolsCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standardsLocated in NM, AZ, TX, FL, GA, ID, NC, NV, UT, OK, or COAbility to work within the hours of 9am-6pm MT Education and ExperienceActive BCBA certificationMaster’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience working with a pediatric populationMinimum of 3 years of experience conducting functional assessments and developing and overseeing behavior intervention plansAt least 1 year of telehealth supervision experienceCompensation: Compensation for this role is hourly W2, with rates determined based on factors such as experience, geographic location, and language capabilities.
