Payroll Manager

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to operational excellence and employee satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Manage the full cycle of payroll processing, including data entry, calculations, and distribution for all staff members * Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll and benefits administration * Utilize payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian, or PeopleSoft to process payroll accurately and efficiently * Reconcile payroll accounts through detailed analysis of general ledger entries, debits \& credits, and journal entries * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information while handling payroll data with integrity * Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure proper benefits administration and accurate recordkeeping * Prepare reports related to payroll taxes, labor law compliance, and financial analysis for management review **Qualifications** * Proven experience in payroll management with strong knowledge of payroll systems including Workday, ADP, Paychex, UltiPro, Kronos, Ceridian or similar platforms * Solid understanding of employment \& labor law, tax law, and governmental regulations affecting payroll processing * Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or other financial tools; experience with spreadsheets for data analysis is essential * Background in corporate accounting or finance with expertise in general ledger reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and bookkeeping practices * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial concepts and perform detailed account reconciliation * Excellent data entry skills including 10 key typing; familiarity with time \& attendance systems is a plus * Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining high levels of accuracy in payroll processing Join us as a Payroll Manager to lead our payroll operations with energy and precision!
