Roofing Estimator & Sales Coordinator

All North Roofing is looking for a **part\-time Roofing Estimator \& Sales Coordinator** to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this position is **preparing accurate roofing estimates and supporting our sales team throughout the sales process**. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare accurate roofing estimates, proposals, and insurance supplements * Review measurements, photos, project information, and insurance documents * Create and adjust estimates in Xactimate * Coordinate with sales representatives, customers, adjusters, and insurance companies * Schedule customer and adjuster appointments * Maintain project information and documentation in our CRM * Coordinate customer signatures and track down payments * Handle customer communication and follow\-up by phone, email, and text * Provide general administrative and sales support to keep projects moving **Qualifications** * Previous estimating experience is required * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent organizational and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently * Roofing, construction, or insurance estimating experience is a strong plus * Xactimate experience is a plus, but not required \- training can be provided **Part\-Time \| Remote** Flexible part\-time hours, with required availability and responsiveness for calls, emails, and text messages **Monday\-Friday, 8:00 AM\-6:00 PM Alaska Time**. **About the Role** This is an ideal position for an experienced estimator who is organized, responsive, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys supporting a growing roofing company.
