**Accountant** Iconic Title and Escrow \| Remote \| Part Time **About Us** Iconic Title and Escrow is a family owned, attorney operated title agency serving Broward, Palm Beach, and Miami Dade counties. We pride ourselves on treating every client like family, and we are growing fast, with a new Las Olas, Fort Lauderdale location opening in late summer 2026\. **Position Overview** We are seeking a detail oriented Accountant to manage our day to day financial operations, maintain accurate escrow and trust accounting, and support ownership with reporting and compliance as the company scales. This is a part time, remote position. **Key Responsibilities** Manage bookkeeping and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks for both operating and escrow accounts. Reconcile escrow and trust accounts daily, ensuring full compliance with Florida regulatory requirements. Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, P\&L reports, and revenue summaries for ownership. Track closing revenue, file level income, and deductions, maintaining running totals across all active files. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and assist with payroll coordination. Support audits and regulatory reporting, including BOI and FinCEN requirements as applicable. Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting, including planning for new office expansion. Flag discrepancies, fraud risks, or wire irregularities immediately to ownership. **Qualifications** Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 3\+ years of accounting experience, ideally within title insurance, escrow, real estate, or legal services. Familiarity with how a title company and an attorney operated real estate business runs day to day is required, including the relationship between escrow accounting and closing operations. Strong proficiency in QuickBooks required. Working knowledge of escrow and trust accounting principles. High level of discretion, integrity, and attention to detail given the sensitive nature of escrow funds.
