Please see the details of the position below.Title: Implementation ConsultantLocation: Remote within the USKey Responsibilities: This role is a part of our Global Services team, which is responsible for implementing campus card solutions for commerce and security around the world. This team is comprised of Project Managers and Implementation Consultants who are committed to providing our clients with high-quality project management and expert services. This position reports to the Implementation Consultant Manager with supervision and assistance from Senior Implementation Consultants.As Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for participating as a technical team member in the implementation of, but not limited to, the Quickcharge cashless payment and point of sale solution. You will have significant responsibilities associated with initial installation, configuration, training and client support.Independently managing in addition to working with a team to provide services on technical project engagementsMeeting established goals for utilization, customer satisfaction and project forecast for completion as set by managementDelivering on-site or remote installation and go-live support for clientsDeliver expert training and consultative services to provide optimal system functionalityAssist the Project Management team with the coordination of hardware shipmentConfiguration of interfaces with 3rd party HR and Payroll systemsConfiguration of Point-of-Sale devices, menus and related featuresWorking with credit card gateways to configure POS devices for credit card processingComply with PCI compliance standards during installation of credit card integrationsWork with 3rd party vendors to complete project deliverablesUnderstand hardware components to provide support and escalation to hardware vendorsWork with supervisors and management to properly escalate issues through Sales and Development teamsTroubleshooting of both hardware and software related issuesCan travel up to 25% domesticallyCan lift up to 50 pounds and use hand toolsCan bend, kneel or twist to complete hardware installationPhysical Requirements:Can travel up to 25% domesticallyCan lift up to 50 pounds and use hand toolsCan bend, kneel or twist to complete hardware installationExperience:Has a degree or certificate in a technical or IT concentrationCan learn and master new and existing Transact service offeringsHas a knowledge of MS Office and other MS productsHas strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skillsIs extremely detail-oriented and drivenIs client-focusedA background with retail Point-of-Sale or Cashless systems is a plusExperience working in large healthcare or business clients is a plusSQL database and SSO authentication experience is a plusExperience working in a client technical support role is a plusFamiliarity with PCI Compliance standards is beneficialExperience with inventory tracking and management is a plusPlanning for the Future:Employer paid Life Insurance / AD&D / Short-TermVoluntary Long-Term Disability Insurance / Term Life Insurance / AD&DAccess to FSA Plans & Commuter Benefit Plans401(k) Savings Plan where the Company Match of $0.50 for each $1 you contribute on the first 8% of payBoth your contribution and the company contribution are immediately 100% vested.Access to the Roper Employee Stock Purchase PlanPaid Parental Leave Program.Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience.
