Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Training, and Consulting teams, you will help deliver seamless implementations that accelerate time to value and create exceptional customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a solutions-oriented professional who thrives in SaaS environments and enjoys translating business needs into impactful, scalable solutions.ResponsibilitiesRecommend, design, and build solutions that accelerate time to value for customers within Solution Services guidelinesConfigure and support application integrations with platforms such as Jira, Salesforce, and Microsoft DynamicsServe as a subject matter expert on Smartsheet product capabilities and solution best practicesPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful customer implementations and strong product adoptionExpand the solution portfolio by demonstrating implementation and design best practices across a variety of industries and business functionsDevelop processes and best practices that help customers realize maximum value from the platformAssess solution feasibility and provide costing support for new sales engagementsReview and validate solution designs created by other Services team membersShare customer and implementation feedback with Product and Platform Engineering teams to help inform future product and service opportunitiesCommunicate technical concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders, including non-technical end users in enterprise environmentsQualifications2+ years of experience in Business Management Consulting or a related fieldHands-on experience configuring, customizing, and implementing Smartsheet solutionsExperience delivering SaaS solutions across scoping, design, configuration, customization, and implementationStrong project management skills, including timeline management, scope management, and executionExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectivelyHighly motivated, detail-oriented, and strong in follow-up and execution within defined timelinesCollaborative mindset with a strong desire to work in a team-oriented environmentBachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experienceLocation:EGY Work-at-HomeLanguage Requirements:Time Type:Originally posted on Himalayas
