If you want to be part of tomorrow’s health today, we want to hear from you.The Product Manager, Life Sciences Engagement & Licensing Solutions is responsible for defining and delivering a portfolio of life sciences-facing solutions that connect oncology providers, real‑world insights, and educational engagement. This role spans strategy and execution across licensed products, insight generation, and educational offerings partnering closely with Life Sciences customers to improve commercial effectiveness and clinical engagement in community oncology.This role owns product strategy, lifecycle management, and cross‑functional execution for a set of hybrid offerings that may include platform licensing, insight‑driven services, and educational programs. The Product Manager works across product, sales, contracting, medical, analytics, and meetings teams to ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and commercially successful—while remaining responsive to evolving customer needs.ON.Path & Pathways‑Based SolutionsProduct lifecycle strategy, positioning and commercialization, and sales enablement of the ON.Path productOwn revenue tracking, forecasting, and performance reportingExecute across licensing, enablement, and lifecycle management, including customer onboarding, QBRs, and performance reportingDevelop and maintain SOPs to support scalable, compliant deliveryAlign with contracting, compliance, and NCCN reference requirementsEnsure external promotional materials comply with NCCN licensing requirementsLife Sciences Insights, Strategy and Innovation Drive insight‑led innovation by systematically gathering and synthesizing customer feedbackServe as product owner for customer insight initiatives, ensuring feedback is converted into prioritized actionable product directionPartner with analytics and research teams to operationalize insights into enhanced or net‑new offerings that address customer needs at scaleReference & Permission‑Based LicensingLead product lifecycle strategy, positioning, commercialization, and sales enablement for the NCCN reference permission licensing productOwn revenue tracking, forecasting, and performance reportingPartner with the OL Digital team to support tactical execution as neededEnsure compliant use of NCCN and Clear Value Plus content across all products and promotional materials, in accordance with Reference License Agreement, trademark, and copyright requirementsOncology University & Educational EngagementLead product strategy, positioning, and commercialization for the Oncology University offeringOwn product lifecycle management, including ongoing development, enhancement, and innovationOwn revenue tracking, forecasting, and performance reportingPartner cross‑functionally to deliver educational offerings across live, virtual, and digital formatsMinimum RequirementDegree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.Education/TrainingBachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences preferredExperience working with medical office teams, clinical content, and regulatory frameworksCritical SkillsB2B experience preferred; experience in oncology or the life sciences industry a plus5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare, oncology, or life sciencesProven ability to manage cross-functional projects and deliver complex digital productsExperience with customer onboarding, training, and lifecycle managementStrong understanding of clinical pathways, NCCN guidelines, and market access dynamicsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Additional Knowledge & SkillsDemonstrated product ownership mindset, with ability to develop strategies, manage product portfolio, measure and meet financial objectives and other success metricsExcellent analytical skills and the ability to translate the data and learning into actionable recommendations for business growthDemonstrated attention to detail and excellence in project management, including effectively managing multiple projects/priorities concurrentlyExceptional client management and presentation skillsExperience with tools such as Qualtrics, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, HighSpot and AsanaEntrepreneurial mindset, willingness to explore bold new ideas, and flexibility to take on various roles as neededExcellent cross-functional team, project, and organizational leadership skillsWorking ConditionsRemote work Occa
