Remote Front Desk \& Office Coordinator Scheduling \* Dispatch \* Accounting \* Operations Support **Location:** Remote (U.S.\-based preferred and North Carolina based best) **Hours:** Full Time (40 hours) **Growth Opportunity:** Ability to transition into full\-time if desired **Pay:** Based on experience Job Description We are seeking a Full\-Time Remote Front Desk \& Office Coordinator to support daily operations for our growing security and life safety company. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in the trades as a scheduler, dispatcher, or office administrator and is comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities. You will serve as a central point of contact between customers, technicians, and management — assisting with scheduling, invoicing, ordering, inbound calls, and general office operations. This is a flexible role for someone who enjoys variety and taking ownership of processes. What You’ll Be Doing * Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls and installations * Answer inbound calls and assist customers * Communicate with field technicians regarding schedules, parts, and job status * Create invoices and assist with basic bookkeeping/accounting tasks * Process work orders and track job completion * Order equipment and supplies as needed * Update customer records and job details in scheduling/accounting software * Follow up on open jobs and outstanding invoices * Support general office and administrative tasks You’ll be involved in many parts of the business, helping keep jobs moving smoothly from scheduling to completion. Requirements * Prior experience in trades\-based scheduling or dispatch (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, low voltage, etc.) * Comfortable using scheduling, accounting, and CRM software * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities * Professional phone and email communication * Reliable internet and remote work setup * Self\-motivated and able to work independently Preferred (Not Required) * Experience with bookkeeping or invoicing * Familiarity with service\-based businesses * Experience communicating with field technicians * Accounting software experience Why Join Us? * Start part\-time with opportunity to grow into full\-time * Fully remote position * Flexible hours * Variety of responsibilities * Opportunity to grow with a fast\-moving company * Direct impact on daily operations Who Should Apply?
