Affiliate Manager for Telehealth Brand

**Tyde Wellness is scaling its affiliate program and needs someone to own it.** This hire will manage our existing relationships, recruit new partners, and keep our reporting tight as we expand across GLP\-1 weight loss, HRT, longevity peptides, and beauty/wellness treatments. **About Tyde Wellness** Tyde Wellness is a physician\-led telehealth platform that connects patients with independent licensed providers for personalized, evidence\-based care. We operate on a self\-pay, async model — patients complete an intake, are reviewed by a licensed provider, receive medications, and have ongoing support and care. We're growing fast in a category that matters, and we take compliance seriously. **About the Role** Twelve months in, you'll have a thriving affiliate channel with active partners producing consistent, qualified patient volume. You'll know our top performers inside and out, have a pipeline of new partners in various stages of onboarding, and own a reporting dashboard that gives leadership real\-time visibility into what's working. You'll be the primary relationship owner for our affiliate network — the person partners call when they need something. **What You'll Do** * Own day\-to\-day relationships with existing affiliate and media partners — commissions, creative approvals, performance conversations, and escalations * Recruit new partners across review sites, influencer channels, cashback platforms, and health/wellness publishers, with a focus on HRT, longevity, and GLP\-1 audiences * Manage partner onboarding end\-to\-end: agreements, tracking setup in our affiliate management software, creative review, and compliance sign\-off * Build and maintain affiliate performance reporting — track revenue, CPA, conversion rates, and partner\-level trends on a weekly and monthly cadence * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure affiliate\-produced creative meets compliance standards before going live * Identify and test new partnership models (co\-marketing, podcast sponsorships, pay\-per\-call) as the channel matures **What We're Looking For** *Required:* * 2\+ years managing an affiliate or partner marketing program, with direct ownership of partner relationships (not just support) * Experience with affiliate tracking platforms * Comfortable building and interpreting performance reports — spreadsheets, dashboards, or BI tools * Excellent written communication; you'll be writing outreach, negotiating terms, and briefing partners regularly * Able to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage your own pipeline without close supervision *Preferred:* * Experience in health, wellness, telehealth, or a regulated consumer category * Familiarity with FTC endorsement guidelines and affiliate compliance requirements * Existing relationships with health/wellness publishers, influencers, or affiliate networks * Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms Pay: $65,000\.00 \- $120,000\.00 per year Work Location: Remote
