They connect patients with GPs and healthcare professionals via video and messaging, making healthcare accessible without the wait. Their support team helps patients navigate appointments, prescriptions, and the platform itself.The roleYou'll support patients via live chat and email — helping them book and manage appointments, access prescriptions, and resolve technical access issues.
