Appointment Setter – Enzo Web Development We are seeking a driven and persuasive Appointment Setter to join our growing web development and digital marketing agency! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for local businesses, responsible for cold calling prospects, building rapport quickly, and booking qualified appointments for our closing team. Leads are provided — no prospecting required, just dial and close the appointment. Your confidence on the phone and ability to handle objections will directly fuel our agency’s growth. This commission\-based position offers uncapped earning potential for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced, results\-driven environment. Duties * Make high\-volume outbound cold calls using leads provided by the company to introduce our web development and marketing services * Qualify leads by identifying pain points and determining fit for our services * Book appointments directly onto our calendar, ensuring accurate details are logged in our CRM (Bigin) * Overcome common objections (e.g., “I already have a website,” “not interested,” gatekeepers) confidently and professionally * Log all call activity, outcomes, and notes accurately for daily/EOD reporting * Follow up with warm leads to confirm appointments and reduce no\-shows * Hit daily dial and appointment\-setting quotas consistently * Communicate closely with the closer and founder on lead quality and pipeline status Skills * Must have prior cold calling experience — this is non\-negotiable * Thick skin and resilience; comfortable with high call volume and frequent rejection * Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport fast * Confident handling objections and steering conversations toward booking * Comfortable using a CRM for data entry and appointment scheduling * Self\-motivated and coachable, with strong follow\-through on daily targets * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a remote/async setup * Bilingual ability is a plus, not required Join Enzo Web Development and be part of a lean, hungry team building something from the ground up.
