Creative & Web Designer (Contract)

**About The Role:** Monkedia is a fast\-growing digital marketing agency looking for a Creative \& Web Designer who can execute quickly across both ad creative and web design. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands\-on, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working across a variety of brands and projects. You’ll support both internal and client work, producing high\-quality creative for ads, landing pages, and marketing assets. If you’re excited about using modern tools—including AI—to create and iterate quickly, you’ll fit right in. **What You’ll Do:** * Design creative assets for ads (social, display, email, landing pages) * Create website and landing page mockups in Figma * Build wireframes and simple prototypes for internal and client review * Adapt existing creative (resizing, formatting, light edits, variations) * Create basic brand styles, layouts, and visual systems from briefs * Produce general design assets (decks, social graphics, simple visuals) * Use AI tools (including AI video) to support content creation and iteration * Collaborate with the team and manage tasks in project management tools **Qualifications:** * **Must\-Have:** * \~2\+ years of graphic design experience (agency or freelance is fine) * Portfolio that shows digital design work (ads, social, web, or similar) * Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite * Strong fundamentals in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy * Ability to follow direction and stay on\-brand * Organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks * Available during U.S. working hours (EST/CST overlap preferred) * **Nice\-to\-Have:** * Experience with landing pages or basic web design * Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, or similar platforms * Experience with Adobe Express * Proficiency in Photoshop and/or Illustrator * Basic motion or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) * Exposure to AI creative tools (Runway, Sora, etc.) **Why This Role:** * Work across a variety of brands and industries * Fast\-paced environment with lots of hands\-on design work * Opportunity to build experience with modern creative tools, including AI Job Type: Contract Pay: $800\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
