Some of the world’s largest companies, in a wide range of industries, trust HICX for the management of their supplier data; these include BAE Systems, Mondelez, Baker Hughes and EDF Energy.Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Growth & Digital Performance Manager to own digital pipeline growth, paid media performance, and website conversion optimisation across HICX’s marketing function.This role combines performance marketing, digital campaign execution, and conversion optimisation to help drive measurable pipeline outcomes. You’ll work closely with Demand Generation and Product Marketing to improve how prospects engage with HICX and convert into qualified demos and opportunities.This is a highly execution-oriented role within a lean marketing team. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building campaigns, testing ideas, analysing performance, and continuously optimising digital results.RequirementsPaid Media & Digital Campaigns Build and manage paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and relevant B2B channelsManage budget allocation and campaign optimisation to improve lead quality and ROIRun A/B testing across ad creative, messaging, targeting, and landing pagesSupport content syndication campaigns and partner programmesMonitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on dataSupport retargeting and audience nurture campaignsWebsite & Conversion OptimisationOwn website conversion performance and demo conversion journeysIdentify opportunities to improve engagement, CTA performance, and lead captureBuild and optimise landing pages for campaigns and paid activityAnalyse user behaviour and funnel performance to improve conversion ratesWork with internal teams and external partners to implement website improvementsDemand Generation SupportSupport always-on campaign execution across digital channelCollaborate with Demand Generation and Product Marketing on campaign launches and messagingSupport webinar and virtual event promotion campaignsExecute digital nurture and retargeting strategies to improve conversion performanceSupport ABM-focused campaign execution across target accountsReporting & Performance AnalysisTrack and report on campaign, website, and acquisition performanceMonitor key funnel metrics including traffic, leads, demos, and conversionsSupport attribution and pipeline reporting initiativesProvide actionable insights and optimisation recommendationsIdentify opportunities to improve digital performance and campaign efficiencySkills & Experience4+ years experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketingProven experience running paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google AdsStrong understanding of conversion optimisation and digital funnel performanceExperience building and optimising landing pagesExperience working with marketing automation and CRM platformsComfortable working with campaign analytics and reporting toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organisation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyComfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environmentExperience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing preferred
