Job Description

We’re looking for a System Analyst who cares about Product, Engineering, and Delivery. Someone who helps turn ideas into well-shaped, feasible, production-ready solutions. This person will take ownership of clarifying requirements, proposing solutions that balance business goals, technical feasibility, and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, maintainability). They’ll work closely with Product to define what can be built and how, and with Engineers to minimize the time spent on back-and-forth clarifications or incomplete specs. The right candidate will: Translate high-level product ideas into clear, structured requirements Propose solution options with tradeoffs (including NFRs and edge cases) Collaborate with Engineers to align on technical approach early Ensure alignment with engineering best practices and system design constraints Work closely with Engineering Managers to help drive features to production RequirementsFintech or banking domain experience (especially a big plus if you’ve worked on high-integrity systems, e.g., payments, onboarding, internal platforms)A proactive approach to work: this is not a passive documentation role.
