Process Mapping — Document all operational workflows across finance, admin, student management, and HR. Identify bottlenecks and manual processes ripe for automation.2. Bank Reconciliation Automation — Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI-powered tools (e.g., Dext, Xero, QuickBooks Online AI) to automate our bank reconciliation process end-to-end.3. AI Software Evaluation — Research and shortlist best-in-class AI tools across LMS, CRM, ERP, accounting, and operations. Present a scored comparison with licensing costs and ROI estimates.4. Dashboard & Reporting — Build live management dashboards in Power BI (or equivalent) covering enrollment, revenue, attendance, and certification pass rates.5. Automation Implementation — Design and deploy workflow automations using tools like Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, or Make (Integromat) to reduce manual admin tasks.6. Data Standards — Establish data collection, storage, naming, and reporting standards across all departments from Day 1.7. Vendor Management — Evaluate software vendors, negotiate trial licenses, manage relationships, and present recommendations to management.8.
