In a current world of constant change and uncertainty, one area that is growing at light speed is the digital consumer engagement space - specifically, how brands create personalized, 1:1 interactions with their consumers at scale. Vibes has been recognized in 2025 as a Built In Best Hybrid Places to Work.Responsibilities:Drive bookings by managing a disciplined, creative, and compelling sales processPosition unique and compelling value propositions for verticals and buyer personas with agilityTranslate technical capabilities—like our direct carrier messaging pipes and developer-friendly APIs—into business value for enterprise buyersProvide informed and accurate forecasting on opportunities and dealsGenerate consistent outbound pipeline through activities including social, direct calling, and emailing target accounts Work in demand-generation, pipeline-generation and account-based marketing technologies to execute, manage and measure outreachBuild and maintain expertise on the business trends and key initiatives of our target brands and personaeMaster vision and value-based sales messaging and positioningConsistently exceed individual weekly, monthly and quarterly goals, serving as a top contributor to overall sales pipelineOpen doors to new accounts through relationship building or self-led prospecting, creating opportunities and managing to closeProvide insight to the business through consistent activity and performance tracking in Hubspot Provide high-energy, compelling demonstrations on our solution for prospects as neededDevelop high-empathy, authentic connections with prospective buyersTravel to conferences and sales meetings, as necessaryRequirements & Qualifications:Sales Experience & Approach:5+ years’ experience meeting or exceeding quota in enterprise SaaS sales; martech experience preferred Demonstrated ability to regularly lead and manage enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close at values of >$100KDemonstrated ability to consistently win in a highly competitive marketProven ability to generate new business through multi-channel prospecting Highly organized and able to manage multiple stakeholders and drive resolution within a sales processDeeply steeped in effective use of Sales tools to drive effective deal management and prospecting Demonstrated creativity in cultivating business opportunities that convert to salesGrowth mindset, driven to learn, and highly coachableAbility to build strong, trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholdersPassion for our product and the future of messagingTeamwork & Communication:Extraordinary team player and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial environmentHigh character and positive mindset, from integrity to reliability to general kindness toward peopleMature, self-directed, highly detailed, organized, driven professionalPassionate and sincere communicatorExcellent communication and active listening skills; able to adjust to different personalities and communication stylesOur Core Values:Respect, Honesty, and Integrity for All StakeholdersAlways be LearningRelentless Focus on the CustomerNever be SatisfiedCreate ValueSeek Accountability and OwnershipCompensation and BenefitsThe compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $240,000, including base salary and any related performance-based bonuses/commissions.
