Job Description

The Analyst, IDM Data Management is responsible for supporting the collection, validation, and maintenance of payer data necessary for various sales campaigns.We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home across US time zones. Primary DutiesData Analysis & Reporting: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track payer contract performance and "smart MA growth" metricsInterpret data to identify trends or discrepancies for leadership reviewSupport complex initiatives such as payer repapering and Long Term Planning by providing data exports and historical performance trackingCross-Functional Coordination:Serve as the technical point of contact for Field teams regarding data requests and is the single-point-of-contact for cross-sell campaignsEnd-to-end execution (creation and management) of sales opportunities in Salesforce, in support of the payer contract go-to-market processCoordinate with the IMD Data Manager to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide data standardsSystems & Tool Maintenance:Own the day-to-day administration of payer data within Salesforce and Monday.comDesign and implement workflow improvements to automate data collection and status trackingGTM List Management:Partner with Managers to generate, clean, and manage targeted practice/ provider lists for go-to-market campaignsEnsure data hygiene and accuracy for all outreach effortsOther duties as assigned Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or relevant fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in data analysis or healthcare operations Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, SQL, VLOOKUPs) and experience with CRM platformsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage large datasets with a high degree of accuracyAbility to work cross-functionally with sales, field, operations, and contracting teamsExcellent communication skills (Verbal & Written); Ability to explain technical data findings to non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with Medicare Advantage, Commercial, and Medicaid payer structuresStrong proficiency in Salesforce and Monday.com is highly preferredPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Who We Are:Aledade, a public benefit corporation, exists to empower the most transformational part of our health care landscape - independent primary care.
