Responsibilities * Manage daily online data entry, validation, and updates to ensure high\-quality data standards. * Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot any issues affecting data flow or integrity. * Coordinate with IT and other departments to implement process improvements and automation. * Generate and analyze reports to support decision\-making and operational planning. * Maintain documentation related to data operations, workflows, and best practices. * Assist in training team members on data management tools and protocols. * Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies. Qualifications \& Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field preferred. * Proven experience in data operations, data entry, or a similar role. * Strong proficiency with data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, CRM platforms). * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to analyze data and identify inconsistencies or errors quickly. * Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. * Familiarity with e\-commerce or wholesale industry data processes is a plus.
